We specialize in handmade resin homeware and artwork. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

  • Minor imperfections or air bubbles are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

 

 

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate but reserve the right to correct errors.

Orders and Payment

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final unless an item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photographs and a description of the issue.

  • Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

 

We do not refund personalised products.


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
